I was hoping for a little guidance. I'm writing a paper comparing how survivors of different mass traumas (i.e., genocide, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, etc.) cope in the aftermath of those traumatic events. I'm totally overwhelmed by the number of books published in the fields of memory studies and trauma theory. Can anyone please recommend a book or article that gives a good sense of the current state of each field?
