I visited Fuerteventura Island this year for a holiday. There are many rumors about an old Villa that was build by a German Ingenieur shortly before the second world war on a very hard to reach part of the island. It is called Villa Winter, or Casa Winter. What was the agreement between Franko and Hitler about the usage of the island? What was really build there by the Germans?
