I have a picture of an old Russian Civil War (I think) propaganda poster but I can't find anything about it online at all. Is it possible these posters might have never been recorded?

The character г stands for год, which means year. I can't say anything more unless you post the picture.
Edit: saw your edit. Can you take a photo that's more in focus?
