How much influence did the supposed "Brazil Miracle" of the 1960s/1970s have on the quality of life for rural Brazilians, or were improvements mostly restricted to urban centers?

Brazil went through major economic growth during the period, but how effective was it for the day-to-day lives of some Brazilian living in a rural town? Wiki notes "At first, there was intense economic growth, due to economic reforms, but in the later years of the dictatorship, the reforms had left the economy in shambles, with soaring inequality and national debt" so there was obviously a huge downside and crash of some sort in the end (80s'), but did the rural communities ever experience the growth in the first place, or did it actually hurt them from the outset, with increased migration to urban areas?

Though it could be said that the rural population benefited from the increased GDP and rising consumption in urban areas, the overall effect of the Miracle was negative to those populations, in large part due to some key choices by the government:

-At no point during the Miracle (or really in the entire Brazilian history) did the government plan or implemented an agrarian reform. This meant that land distribution, as had been before, was highly unequal and favored the established elites.

-The focus of the military government was finishing Brazilian industrialization, making sure the nation would be self sufficient when it came to industrial products. As such, it was in their best interest to have people move to the urban areas instead of staying in farms.

-The government spending in infrastructure was also focused on urban areas or acquiring resources to maintain them (like energy sources, especially after 1973)

-The little investment that was directed to rural areas was focused on expanding agribusiness and commodity production, which also favored a small elite over the general rural populace.
