They are in order from left to right:
Yeltsin, Gorbachev (birthmark unmistakable), Brezhnev (eyebrows), the porcine Khrushchev, Stalin with his pipe (although some reports have him chain smoking cigarettes in private), Lenin and his prominent chrome dome, and followed by Emperor Nicholas II and his imperial regalia.
