The last time a Speaker voted was a lot more recently than 20 years ago. Unfortunately that means this question can not be answered without violating the rules of the sub, something I am loath to do on a political question less than 4 days before an election.

Therefore I suggest anyone who might be interested in this question, check out the voting records of recent Speakers. Anyone who wants more discussion on the issue, should post in another sub like Ask_Politics where discussion of recent events is permitted.
