I'm working on a paper right now, and this Banda book (https://www.amazon.com/Banda-journey-through-Indonesias-fabled/dp/B0000CP8SS) has me stumped on how to properly Cite it (Chicago). On the title page, there is the main author listed (like on the amazon listing), but there is a second "Editing and additional text by: Nigel Simmounds. Do I list both authors, or just the main one?
