What would you find on offer at the bar in a typical post-bellum frontier saloon? (Besides bourbon, rye, and beer.)

I know that corn mash whiskey was huge at the time--I guess rye and beer are assumptions, but safe ones, I'll venture. Wondering what, if anything, would have been brought in from the East, and whether imported liquor was a thing yet--either on the frontier or back east.

Heya, I can't really offer an answer at this point, but I've asked a question some time ago, that I think you'd like to read for the posts by /u/itsallfolklore and /u/Argos_the_Dog especially.
