We have forever lost huge amounts of aboriginal culture from Native american genocide, have we permanently lost aspects of Jewish culture because of the holocaust?

For example there is a long list of extinct or critically endangered aboriginal languages. Is there some particular traditions or ceremonies or anything that was wiped out because of the holocaust?
