The National Socialists formed in 1918 out of the Munich branch of the Freien Arbeiterausschuss für einen guten Frieden (Free Workers' Committee for a good Peace) league. They had a number of prominent and successful benefactors during the post war period.

Perhaos someone has a more specific list of financial supporters.

Also, Mein Kampf, publushed in 25, made a LOT of money for Hitler, who largely refused to pay taxes. He racked up a 405,500 Reichsmark (very roughly in 2016, 1.5 million USD) tax bill. In 1933 he made about 1.2 million Reichsmarks from the income of his book, when the average annual income of a teacher was about 4,800 Marks.

So Hitler was ballin'. I dont have a specific notation to suggest he help fund the party in the 30s but there ya go.
