I need help identifying the year on a globe my teacher has

I'm really confused by this globe.

Notes:

  1. Soviet disbanded to Russia and the rest

  2. There is one Germany

  3. Yugoslavia is disbanded but Montenegro is kind of semi-independent

  4. Burkina Faso was called Upper Volta

  5. The DRC is called Zaire

Can anyone please help?

It may just have been poorly made - Upper Volta was renamed to Burkina Faso in 1984, when the USSR was still a thing and Germany was still divided. Zaire was renamed to DRC in 1997.
