This is a very surprising question. What prompted it? Seeing as the Cuban Revolution did not adhere to a particular ideology beyond a nativist one during the fighting years, I can't think of anything that would immediately attract any Middle Eastern attention to Cuba beyond a fight perceived as being for the freedom of the Cuban people against a brutal dictatorship. We know of at least two American volunteers who fought alongside Castro, but I have yet to find anything on Palestinian/Arab volunteers.
