During WWII, what resources did Germany get from which countries it had invaded?

A general breakdown would be nice, or even just some sources to read through. I'm trying to research this topic and am lost. Thanks!

I notice this previous thread here: request: Information about German economy during world war 2, specifically /u/kieslowskifan's reply. He cites

  • Adam Tooze, The Wages of Destruction, "a doorstopper of a book and is one of the most systematic dissections of the Nazi economy. Tooze though is a bit too in love with his paradigms and sometimes overstates his arguments." This book has gotten a lot of praise here. He does have a lot of information on people, products, machines, and resources extracted from conquered land.
  • Richard Overy, War and Economy in the Third Reich. He says nothing further about this.
  • Gotz Aly, Hitler's Beneficiaries, "which covers the social welfare aspects of the Nazi economy and its persistent attempts to maintain a balance of payments."
  • Werner Abelshauser's chapter on Germany in The Economics of World War II: Six Great Powers in International Comparison; "the book is geared for a comparative analysis of the major belligerents."
