A video on the front page mentions that almost every known civilization was suddenly wiped out by "unknown invaders" at the end of the bronze age. Can anyone elaborate on that?

This is the video. Can anyone tell me more about what actually happened to all of those civilizations (except for Egypt) at the end of the bronze age? The narrator makes it sound like aliens just decided to destroy everyone or something equally ridiculous.
