I don't know of any attempts at armed resistance by Germans during the nazi regime, however, there is a very famous example of non-violent resistance, The White Rose Society founded by young students of Munich University in 1942 with the aim of disseminating the ugly truth about the genocidal regime to people and published several pamphlets before the arrest of three of their founding members Sophie and Hans Scholl and Christoph Probst by the Gestapo. https://www.ushmm.org/wlc/mobile/en/article.php?ModuleId=10007188
