I have a digital photo of my 3rd Great Grandmother that I'd like to know more about. Specifically if the type of clothing she wears is typical or something cultural?

This does not look like ordinary fashionable or working dress to me, but rather regional folk dress. Do you know what country your great-great-great-grandmother came from, or at least what general part of the world? It would be an enormous help, as folk dress is extremely specific to location/subculture.
