The Right Honorable Field Marshal Horatio Herbert Kitchener, 1st Earl Kitchener, KG, KP, GCB, OM, GCSI, GCMG, GCIE, PC has the same number of post-nominal letters (eight), one pre-nominal, and a much more impressive sounding title if you're just looking for an interesting fact to pull out at a party. I'm not aware of anyone who has more than eight post-nominals.
