//The next two drawings show army (Wehrmacht) officers
4th picture //I believe there is something missing; number one says: company commander; number two: everybody stop/freeze [it's a command]
//I interpret it this way: there were 40 pictures an all of them showed commands and ranks, perhaps a learning cards for trainees or some sort of propaganda; if it's from a theatre it also could be a play and the cards could be a help for the civilians who don't get the plot without the knowledge of the military ranks and commands
The last pictures says: our german army (Wehrmacht)
Hope I could help :)
