My friend has microtia, and ultimately, has one ear. He believes the nazis wouldn't do anything to him, but I am skeptical of that. What would he nazis do to someone with this deformity?
At the very least he would have been sterilized so as to remove the deformity from the gene pool. If he is of any of the racial types listed as subhuman by the Nazis, there's a chance they would have exterminated him.
