No. The Little Boy bomb was thought to have a nuclear yield no matter what happened because of its simplicity. The Fat Man bomb did have contact fuzes that would scuttle it (think dirty bomb more than nuclear bomb) if it hit the ground, but apparently they did not fully connect them to the bomb itself, so they would have not gone off. The exact reasoning behind this decision is not known to me; it was apparently made at the last moment.
