I am a high school history teacher. I found the item in question while cleaning out materials from the previous teacher who used the room. She does not know much more than I do about it. The booklet isn't in the best condition. The front cover is falling off and there are a few pages missing from the end.
Since I do know some German, I was able to figure out a few things: *Title roughly translates to "who owns the future?" *The propaganda itself is a comparison of Germany and England through pictures and short captions, skewed favorably towards Germany. *Publication information that is clearly printed in the first few pages
In my search to find more (which has not been exhaustive, mind you), I have found almost nothing else about it other than what I have inferred. I thought here would be the best place on Reddit to post to crowdsource more information (as opposed to askreddit, whatisthisthing, etc.). What more does anyone know about this piece or its author? Are there any specific resources you would recommend in order to find out more?

The book you found had it's first print run in 1940 through the publisher Nibelungen-Verlag GmbH.
That publisher was founded on 4th August 1934 by the Propagandaministerium in support of the cause of Antikomintern, which was to actively fight communist forces in Germany. Later this would be extended to fight against any political leanings except national socialism.
This book is supposed to showcase the social democracy of Great Britain vs. national socialism in Germany. Of course, the German system is superior in all categories according to the author.
Hope this helps but that's as much as I know about this specific book (it's quite expensive to find a good copy so I haven't bought it yet).
