How historically accurate were the Continental and British uniforms from the Inauguration, and what regiments would they have been from?

I just watched it today, and specifically their uniforms caught my eye. Surely being such a big event, some degree of historical accuracy should've been put into them.

Do you have a picture?

What British uniforms?

If you are speaking about the Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps the reversed colors with red as the jacket, and blue facings those arent British uniforms. These guys: http://dehayf5mhw1h7.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/sites/192/2015/07/20115634/whitehouse_txt.jpg

It was traditional for musicians of a regiment to have reversed colors of the line companies, the better to be distinguishable on the battlefield, as their secondary duties also included medical orderlies and stretcher bearers, or whatever else might be needed.

But regardless at least according to themselves the uniforms are accurate to late war Continental Army regulations. http://www.fifeanddrum.army.mil/about.html
