People seem to discredit a lot of what Edison did, and say he just ripped off of Nikola Tesla and many others. From what we know, how true is all of this? And was Nikola Tesla truly as far ahead of his time as people say he is, or is it all hyperbole?
after going thru some of the other posts linked here I still have to ask; what about the elephant being electrocuted story...?
