Looking for more info on this colonial Barbados military listing

Researching my BONYUN line, meandering back up the tree to Grenado Nightingale. I found this transcription of a list of men in a regiment and I'm curious as to what information it is actually giving me. His family was in the regiment? Were the men listed below him part of his family? Why is he listed as Sr.? And some men have Mr. in front of their names in this document as a whole, but not all of them. Is there a significance to the designation of "Mr." or "Mrs." in 1680? TIA for any insight!

Sorry, I cross posted this from r/genealogy, but wanted to see if there was any historical perspective that would help me. Thanks in advance for any insight possible!
