The Quran is the direct word of God according to the Islamic faith, so every tenant of Islam is based off of what it says. Mohammed was the prophet who delivered the word of God and introduced Islam to the world, and is thus treated with a great degree of reverence. But unlike Jesus, he's not considered divine, so the two hold somewhat different roles in their respective faiths.
Your question is a bit of an odd one, but if I'm interpreting it correctly, the Quran is most representative of Islam and Islamic faith.
