My Grandfather showed me this old German military wind up razor

by Aklayne

After searching online and finding nothing I have now come here to see if there's anybody knowledgeable with these types of gadgets.

On it reads OHNESTROM, TURBOZET, and PAT MADE IN W. GERMANY

Any information would be greatly appreciated

Probably a better place to ask would be in /r/militaria or /r/Militariacollecting, preferably with pictures. There is also /r/GermanMilitaria which is for German specific stuff.
