So i am currently working on an assignment on my late grandfather. He was part of the Norwegian legion and he fought in Narva Estonia. As far as i know. He escaped through Finland into Norway. But he did so before the war ended, did he maybe desert the German army? How was the general Narva Estonia front for both Germans and Russians? I feel this is a fairly overlooked part of the war so i am grateful in advance for all and any answers. I will try to answer any and all questions if my question was a bit vague
