SNLF - Strategic Naval Landing Forces - the Imperial Japanese Marines.

IJN - Imperial Japanese Navy

IJA - Imperial Japanese Army

TO&E (AKA TOE) - Table of Organization and Equipment

Second quibble: The "Japan-Qing Continuation War?" Really? The Qing hadn't existed since 1911. It's the Second Sino-Japanese War.
