Why Western countries have ceased education of Classical language, like Latin or Greek since WW2 era?

I think you are somewhat overgeneralizing in your question. Latin (and less frequently also Greek) is still routinely taught in German schools in preparation for university education, which requires knowledge of two foreign languages, the main alternative being French. Also several university majors, e.g., history (even modern) and many language studies, require knowledge of Latin.
