Hitler did not consider the present Iranians or any asian as Aryan. He did claim or say that in the past, "blonde aryans" overran Iran, India etc, and subjugated the natives. But over time, he claimed, the said "Aryans" lost their "genetic purity", and thereby ceased to be Aryans.
