Hi, this sub isn't a place for fantasizing, but you may be interested in actual castle construction. Here are a few posts I rounded up the other day for a related question that can get you started

• How much would it have cost to build an average castle? and How do you build a castle? by /u/mormengil

• I want to build a castle in England in the 13th Century...how do I go about doing it? by /u/silverguardben

• I am the King of England in the mid 16th century and I want to build a new castle, what is the process from wanting it to the day I walk in to my new Kingly crib? where /u/lebennaia mentions a source that could be useful for further reading on English construction, History of the King's Works.
