No, but there may be a limitation on being factually correct. It is entirely possible to write something with the facts available at the time, only later for additional information to be discovered or facts re-interpreted, and then it turns out that what you had written is actually wrong.
So, something doesn't become less factually wrong just because time marches on. (Okay, you might have a prediction that turns out to be true, but getting the correct answer the wrong way only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.)
