Yes. It is "technically correct". Hitler's actual body count he has to his name is precisely zero. There are no documented incidents of him ever killing another human being by his own hand or his own direct action. He just ordered others to do the dirty work.

The only person that might be thrown into the mix to challenge the statement that Hitler never directly killed anyone was the death of his half-niece, Geli Raubal in 1931. According to the official historical record, at the age of 23, she apparently shot herself in Hitler's Munich apartment and committed suicide, using Adolf's personal Walther pistol to do so. Her suicide apparently occurred shortly after her having a heated argument with Hitler about a boyfriend/relationship she had that Hitler did not approve of, but there is no evidence that he actually murdered her, and his alibi does appear to suggest he indeed had already left the apartment and was on his way to Nuremberg at the time of her death.
