You might try the Library of Congress Prints and Photographs Catalogue, one of the most extensive collections of (especially American) works on paper anywhere in the world. Try searching for some of the titles of your prints and seeing what comes up.
Have you looked at any books on war propaganda? If not, you should, since any academic book that includes these images will include all of the data you are looking for.
