What Countries Have Based Their Constitution on the U.S. Constitution? What Changes Did They Make? How Did it Go/How is it Going?

As an American, I hear a fair amount of U.S. history, but very little from outside the U.S. I know our Constitution was intended to be fair, flexible but not too flexible, etc. What countries simply used our Consitution or something very close to it? What changes did they make to it? How did it work, or how is it working? If it didn't work, why not?

I'm not sure if it was based on the US Constitution, but the Nigerian Constitution has some similarities (been a while since I took the class where I studied Nigeria, sorry). See Nigeria and the United States: Some Constitutional Comparisons by Albert E. Utton for a comparison between the two.
