According to the Bible, Methuselah lived over 900 years and others at the time lived 100s of years. Do we have any evidence of people having lived that long, and if so why did they live so long back then?
As a side, I've heard the theory for this being people counted the moon as years, and it was mistranslated, is there any evidence that people did count in such ways?
