I would like to classify "draft dodger" as anyone who, while eligible for the draft, was not drafted due to any reason other than actively choosing to join the US Army, Navy, Air Force or Marine Corps.
The "point" I'm looking for can be an individual day or meeting (i.e. if a current or former president who dodged the draft entertained guests who did the same) or it can refer more broadly to an administration including an unusually high number of draft dodgers.
Hiya everyone, just a quick reminder about our no current events rule, which goes back to 1997. Please be mindful of it and keep the analysis and discussion only up to the Clinton era. Thank you!
