President Nixon was afraid of being impeached and removed. In 1974 what mechanism or personnel would remove an unwilling president from office once impeached and convicted? Had it been planned or "wargamed"?
I sort of assume it would be the US Marshals Office since that is sort-of in theory the strong arm of the federal judiciary. But nothing like this has ever been done before, right?
