Did any of Christ's disciples have children?

There is virtually no real extra-Biblical historical information about the disciples, only legend, but Eusebius quotes Clement of Rome as saying that Peter and Philip had daughters:

Clement, indeed, whose words we have just quoted, after the above-mentioned facts gives a statement, on account of those who rejected marriage, of the apostles that had wives. "Or will they," says he, "reject even the apostles? For Peter and Philip begot children; and Philip also gave his daughters in marriage. And Paul does not hesitate, in one of his epistles, to greet his wife, whom he did not take about with him, that he might not be inconvenienced in his ministry." (Church History 3:30).

In later tradition. Peter's daughter was venerated as St. Petronilla. Interestingly, Clement also says that Paul had a wife.

Paul says at least some of the other Apostles were married (1 Corinthians 9:5), but nothing about children. There is no reason to believe they did not have children, but we just don't have any information about them.
