Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but, my father and I are watching at TV show about violence in Chicago and I'm trying to tell him that I believe that, The Italian Mob of the 1920s has had a direct impact on modern day gangs in Chicago. Is there any correlation or proof to any of this? Thanks in advance!
