Just to add more background to my question. I saw a documentary about him that painted him like he was innocent. Back in the 70's a siege happened at wounded knee involving Aim(American Indian movement), the gov, and Goon(guardians of the Oglala nation). He said the FBI and goons surrounded him ( he says about 100) and in the shoot out two FBI agents were killed. The FBI said it was just two lone agents serving a warrant.
