Hello,
There are multiple stories of the prophets being found in various forms prior to their establishment in the three Abrahamic religions. Take for example the story of Noah and the flood. There is clear evidence, at least from what I can see, that the story of the flood occurs throughout Sumer, as can be found in any translation of the Epic of Gilgamesh where the titular hero visits Utnapishtim, the immortal man who survived the flood and his wife. The story of the Dove, the boat landing on the mountain, and being directed to build a boat to survive, albeit by polytheistic deities, have extreme similarities to what is found in the Bible, the Quran, and so on.
The story of Sargon, also is a clear indication of a similar vein as the story of Moses, though in all honestly, there are only a few fragments of the story, so scholarly do not have the full tale as they do with Gilgamesh. I would not hesitate that at least the source of these stories did originate from the same vein.

I could provide you with the name of various articles written on the subject but I do not know if you'd have access to them or not.
