So, my question is rather... specific. But I figured I should give it a try, since somebody on here might know of a book or old album online or, well, something.
Are there any more pictures, preferably from the front, back and above, of the Negroli Sallet held by the Royal Armouries in Leeds? The pictures they have uploaded on their website are not satisfying all the angles I need to accurately draw the sillhuette of it.
Do you know of any such pictures? (Also, yes, I have the regular internet pictures from the blue cabinet).
Thank you for your time!
This might already have occured to you, but a number of museal or archival institutions are very helpful when it comes to direct enquiries like yours.
I have no personal experience with the Leeds royal armouries, but have you tried writing them an email? They might either be able to put you in touch with a specialised researcher, or even take new pictures of the sallet in question.
