I am writing my dissertation on the Rise of Sinn Fein and I ask for any recommendation of books that will help me to understand the factors that lead to Sinn Fein's rise in popularity in Ireland.

When you say "the rise of Sinn Féin" what period are you referring to? Sinn Féin [as you likely do know] was originally founded in 1905 by Arthur Griffith and has undergone many 'rises' and falls and party splits since then.
