Various different religions were practiced and, to be quite honest, comparatively little is known about them. The catchall term used by most is "Ancient Israelite Religion" (a term that some apply to all Israelite religion prior to the Second Temple Period [~515 BCE onward]). You get references in the biblical material to certain aspects of "things which were customary for the Canaanites" and things like which the Biblical authors deride as being evil.
In reality, religion as it was practiced in the ancient Eastern Mediterranean was not all that different from the proto-Judaim recorded in Biblical material.
