Just to clarify, as there is a typo in the title, are you asking whether about his sexual orientation, or his gender identity? i.e. "Hadrian was gay" or "Hadrian was a guy"? I'm presuming the former as I don't recall ever hearing rumors of the latter, but clarifying for anyone else!
