Honestly, I am simply having a difficult time getting serious objective information on the case. Anything which could point me in the right direction would be awesome!
Seconded, I've had the same trouble in the past. In particular: did Harper actually admit perjuring himself? Did the prosecution dispute the medical experts who said she had her hands up or did they argue that she could be found guilty even if the shot was fired after she surrendered? what about the other crimes she was accused but acquitted of?
