The Jewish people under the rule of the Roman Empire rose against the empire in at least three major revolts following one after the other. Did the Roman Empire experienced this problem of consecutive revolts with other conquered nations in the empire?

I saw a tv show which interviewed a professor of Jewish History who talked about his new book about the Bar Kohva Revolt. The professor claimed that the Jewish people have revolted at least 10 times against the Roman Empire and that no other nation under the Roman Empire had managed to revolt more then two times. How true is his claim that no other nations managed to rose against the Roman Empire more then on or two times?

Excellent question that I've also wondered about! More to the point, were there any other nations that Rome obliterated like they did with Jerusalem going to so far as to eventually bar the Jews from their capital? Titus had a triumphal arch built for him to celebrate the defeat of the Jews. Was the defeat of any other nation celebrated so much? Perhaps Carthage?
