An article by New Dawn Magazine blames vaccine experiments for AIDs. I find this iffy. So I'm asking around about it's claims.

New Dawn Magazine? The pschic self-defense people? It's just a New Age nonsense peddling tabloid. It's sort of fake news that was popular in the era before the internet. You shouldn't just discount this one article, but every article they have ever run.
