Where can I find a historically accurate depiction of medieval LIFE?

I'm not a historian so I can't speak to the accuracy of books, but there are three books that I've used as research material that you might find helpful. I hope this answer is appropriate for this sub.

"The Time Traveler's Guide to Medieval England" by Ian Mortimer seems to have a good reputation as an accurate source. It's not organized as well as I'd like but it's full of interesting information.

"Chaucer's England" by Diana Childress is another book I found very informative.

"Daily Life in Chaucer's England" by Jeffrey L. Singman and Will McLean is yet another option. This one tends to have greater depth about smaller details of Medieval life, including clothing patterns and charts of what everyday items would cost at the time.

As I said, I've found all 3 useful and I've never seen any of them discredited. All of these books focus on the period of the 1300s. I haven't been able to find much material that discusses periods earlier than that.

As a warning, though, the three books contradict each other in certain areas, so I definitely recommend consulting as many sources as possible on the topic to get as clear a view as you can.
